Description

Contractor to provide all labor, materials, transportation and supplies for IV Home Infusion Therapy for the VA Pacific Islands Healthcare System, 459 Patterson Road, Honolulu, HI 96819. Most of the treatment will be at the eligible Veteran's home. This is an unrestrictive commercial items procurement. The contract will be for one base year and four one-year options to renew. This contract will not include PI, Guam or American Samoa. The offeror is responsible for downloading all documents including amendments from the VA Business Opportunity Website without further notice from the VA.
