- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1 each Photron Ultima 512 High Speed Video System-Processor, part number 0717-0204. This requirement is sole sourced to Itronix, 32586 Bowman Knoll Dr., Westlake Village, CA 91361, based on unique capability. No other system is available with full camera control on a keypad / without a computer. No other system supports Multi Channel Data Link that accepts and displays sensor data along with the images. Any firms believing that they can provide the may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the data without causing programmatic hardship.
