- SHIP REPAIR, CANCELLATION OF SYNOPSIS FOR FINAL RFP ISSUANCE AND CANCELLATION OF DRAFT RFP N00024-04-R-4429 FOR EXECUTION PLANNING AND ACCOMPLISHMENT OF DRY-DOCKING AND NON DRY-DOCKING CNO AVAILABILITIES FOR LSD 41/49 CLASS SHIPS HOMEPORTED IN NORFOLK, VA This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. This synopsis hereby cancels a previous synopsis, posted 25 October 2004, regarding NAVSEA's intent to issue solicitation N00024-04-R-4429 on or about 09 November 2004. This synopsis further cancels the draft solicitation N00024-04-R-4429, together with Amendment 0001, for execution planning, accomplishment and continuous/emergent maintenance requirements of Dry-docking and Non-Dry-Docking CNO availabilities for LSD 41/49 Class ships homeported in Norfolk, VA
