- Marine Corps Logistics Command intends to award a sole source procurement to Response International Group for a firm-fixed price contract for Staff Mission PLanning course as they relate to the technical rescue discipline of collapsed structure, medicine, and advanced heavy equipment training. Response International Group in Oklahoma City has the only known facility, which meets the specialized requirements for conducting CBRNE (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Enhanced Conventional Weapons) training and providing the conditions of a structural or urbanized collapse training environment. This action is for services for which the Government intends to negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. NAICS 541990; size standard $6,000,000. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals. No solicitation document will be issued. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this n! otice is solely within the discretion of the U.S. Government.
