Description

Notice to All Interested Parties: On December 16, 2004, the Contracting Officer inadvertently released an incorrect version of the draft Section B. Specifically, this draft document contained pricing information that is preliminary information that may be used in the Government?s development of its Independent Government Cost Estimate. As of December 21, 2004, the incorrect version of Section B was removed in its entirety from the website. We can not ascertain the extent to which this document has been viewed by the public during the 5 day period. Presently, we are aware that there is at least one interested party that has reviewed the document. In an effort to mitigate the potential negative impact to the competitive process by the release of this information, future release of the Section B document will be provided upon receipt of a written request. Requests should be forwarded to the attention of Pamela Lee at the following email address: *Logistics Support@irs.gov. ?
