- STATEMENT OF WORK Service and Maintenance Contract for HQ ACC IN Cannon Copier Equipment LANGLEY AFB, VA 1. General: This document provides a Statement of Work (SOW) to support the Service and Maintenance of Cannon Copier equipment located at Headquarters, Air Combat Command (HQ ACC/IN.) 1.1. ORGANIZATION: HQ ACC/IN 209 Thornell Avenue Langley AFB, VA 23665 1.2. SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor shall be responsible for technical services in support of HQ ACC/IN Canon Copier/Printer equipment. This equipment is critical at HQ ACC/IN and the support can only be provided by off site expertise, due to the proprietary information needed to support the hardware. 1.2.1. Specific Hardware: Included in this Statement of Work are the following pieces of equipment. At building 623 two IR5000 (SN: MNB05686, MNB02869), one C6230 (SN: NNS06901) and one IR2050 (SN: NQQ01090). At building 587 one C6230 (SN: NNS07375). At building 602 one IR3300 (SN: MRJ00481). At building 693 one IR2050 (SN: NQQ01524) and one IR2058 (SN: MQF00704). 1.2.2. Service and Maintenance: This agreement includes routine preventive maintenance work and emergency repairs, Monday through Friday during normal business hours (8:00am to 5:00pm). Preventative maintenance is to be performed according to manufacturer's recommended schedule for each machine, or alternatively, more frequently to prevent chronic problems (contractor must guarantee 95% up time). All equipment modifications recommended by the manufacturer will be carried out by the contractor. Break/Fix service will be provided as requested by the customer during normal business hours. Contractor is required to immediately notify customer via telephone the estimated time to arrival when contacted by customer. Response times by contractor should be less than four hours when contacted by customer. Contractor may be required to work on weekends for the convenience of the Government. 1.2.3. Parts and Labor: All Parts, Labor, Toner and Drums required while conducting Service and Maintenance, e.g. (1.2), will be the responsibility of the contractor. These include but are not limited to parts and labor required for standard and preventative maintenance as well as any modifications recommended by the manufacturer. 1.2.4. Supplies: All Supplies (including toner and excluding paper) are the responsibly of the contractor. If required, the contractor will coordinate with local Government representatives to store mission essential supplies, i.e. toner, in HQ ACC/IN work spaces. 1.2.5. Government Surveillance: A Government escort for contractors will be provided to facilitate Cannon equipment service conducted in HQ ACC/IN physical spaces. Proof that maintenance/service is complete will be required before a service call can be considered closed, i.e. a successful test of the equipment.
