Description
Description: Solicitation number SP0450-04-R-0171, LTC03224013900, NSN 9150-01-177-3988, Lubricating Oil, Engine; Qualified Products List (QPL) applies, in accordance with (IAW) MIL-PRF-2104. Refer to Section L, clause 52.211-9G13 for obtaining such data. Unit High Density Polyethylene Bottle contains 1 quart; Mark IAW MIL-STD 290; Bar Code IAW MIL-STD 129. This NSN is procured as fully competitive in accordance with military/federal specifications/standards and/or voluntary industry standards. MSDS and Hazard Warning Label are required. Solicitation is unrestricted, full and open competition after exclusion of sources. Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Contract with EPA provisions for one (1) year with an option to extend for four (4) years. Estimated annual demand quantity is 76,800 quarts; guaranteed minimum quantity is 19,200 quarts. Inspection and Acceptance at Origin, with FOB Destination; QAP 204. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies; the final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued on 10 October 2003, with a closing date of 10 November 2003. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home on the issue date cited in the RFP.
