- CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AS CONSTRUCTOR (CMc) SERVICES. Atlanta, Georgia, RBR Modernization project: The following firms have been selected to advance to the Request For Proposal (RFP) Stage of the procurement process as likely to be viable competitors, in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 15.202: (1) Beers/Skanska, Atlanta, GA; (2) Batson Cook Company, Atlanta, GA; (3) Caddell Construction Co., Montgomery, AL; (4) The Winter Construction Co., Atlanta, GA; (5) J.A. Jones Corp. Marietta, GA; (6) Holder Construction Co., Atlanta, GA; (7) Beck, Atlanta, GA and (8) Gilbane, Norcross, GA. The Request for Proposal Package will be issued August 9, 2002 with a proposal due date of September 9, 2002 at 3:00PM. A Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for August 20, 2002 (2:00pm ? 4:00pm) at the Richard B. Russell FB/Cthse. 1st fl. Conf. Rm., 75 Spring Street, Atlanta, GA. Prospective offerors are requested to submit written questions relative to the RFP at least two(2) days in advance to the Contracting Officer, to insure appropriate responses are prepared. A site visit is scheduled following the conference.
