Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items (SNOW AND ICE REMOVAL)prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes a formal request for proposals (RFP) and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-25. RFP 603-27-05 should be referenced on all proposals. The applicable NAICS code is 488490 and this procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The VA Medical Center, 800 Zorn Avenue, Louisville, KY 40206-1499 has a requirement for all labor, material, parts, equipment, andexpert supervision to maintain the parking lots, and designated sidewalks, steps and entrances at the VAMC, Louisville campus.
