- The General Services Administration (GSA) and Skanska USA Building (Construction Manager) are pleased to announce the bidding of trade contractor work packages for the new United States Federal Courthouse located in El Paso, Texas. The eight-story structure is approximately 237,000 SF and located in downtown El Paso, Texas. The $50M - $55M project is designed by Antoine Predock & BPLW Architects and Engineers. This announcement is being modified to include an updated form. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (10-DEC-2004).
