- Description
- The General Services Administration (GSA) and Skanska USA Building (Construction Manager) are pleased to announce the bidding of trade contractor work packages for the new United States Federal Courthouse located in El Paso, Texas. The eight-story structure is approximately 237,000 SF and located in downtown El Paso, Texas. The $50M - $55M project is designed by Antoine Predock & BPLW Architects and Engineers. The trade contractor bid schedule anticipates construction documents to be available on January 4, 2005 and bids due to Skanska USA on February 8, 2005. Skanska USA is now seeking qualifications information from interested subcontractors for this project. All completed qualification packages should be submitted to Skanska for review no later than December 24, 2004. Qualifications forms can be obtained by following the below process: Qualification Process Prequalification forms are available electronically to all interested subcontractors. Address all responses and submissions to Estimating Assistant. Reference project as El Paso Federal Courthouse. STEP 1 Request a prequalification form as follows: Email request addressed to Estimating Assistant at estimating@skanskausa.com. Fax request addressed to Estimating Assistant, at (866) 421-0131.
