FIS 1114 MXL fire Alarm System Installation, Operations and Maintenace Training for approximately 15 technicians. Period of performance: February 1, 2005 through December 31, 2005. Requested training is to provide fire alarm controls programming to Department of State staff. Fire alarm systems are comprised of manufacturer-specific software and hardware. Each different manufacturer's parts and equipment uses a proprietary software package. Modification of software is necesary to operate/maintain the system and to modify the system following minor building renovations. Contractor will grant access to software in each system and user identification number for technical support. License is required by manufacturer to allow access to the software and licenses are given only to factory-trained individuals.
