Description: Remodel 600 square feet for installation of a cardiac catheterization machine, lead glass, lead wall shielding, electrical, HVAC, medical gases, structural support system, and minor room improvements. It is anticipated that the solicitation (including specifications and drawings) will be issued no later than January 5, 2005. A site orientation visit/walk-thru will be shceduled. The date and time of this orientation will be noted in the solicitation. The contractor shall complete the work within 120 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to proceed. The estimated price range for the work to be completed is between $100,000 and $250,000.
