The applicable NACIS code is 339113. Synopsis issue date is approximately 28 Dec 04 and will be available on http://www.eps.gov. Solicitation issue date is approximately 29 Dec 04 and will be available on http://www.eps.gov. Proposals are due NLT 12:00pm on 18 Jan 05. The government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of the solicitation and no split awards will be made. The solicitation will be posted on http://www.eps.gov.
