- SYNOPSIS: Provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation to fabricate and install six offshore range structures, install government furnished equipment, demolish/salvage the existing range structures, and modify one range structure. The work is located in Tampa Bay, Florida. Estimated construction price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,00.00. Performance period is one hundred fifty (150) calendar days. Bid, payment and performance bonds are required. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2002 code is 237990. The small business size standard is a three-year averaged annual gross receipt of $28.5 million. This solicitation is 100 percent set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns.
