Description

Under the authority of FAR Part 12, Commercial Items, VA Medical Center, West Palm Beach, Florida has a requirement to lease a mobile 1.5 Tesla MRI, GE or equivalent, for the period 2/7/05 through 9/30/05, Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm, excluding Federal holdiays. Additional hours may be requested on an as-needed basis. Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to provide MRI services on-site of Medical Center. Mobile MRI shall have the following coils: neuro vascular array, torso array, phased array shoulder, head, extremity/foot, small flex, TMJ phased array, cervical, thoracic, lumbar (CTL) array - spine, writst (dedicated), US Instrument PVD coil (runoff). The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, specifications and schedule of the solicitation. The solicitation will issue on or about 1/7/05. The due date for submission of proposals will be on or about 1/21/05 @ 2:00 pm. No telephone or fax requests for solicitation will be accepted.
