Description
FIRST ARTICLE REQUIREMENT: Item 0001 NSN: 6645-01-520-3119RK, P/N: MIL-PRF-32144, Electronic Aircraft Clock, 3 each First Article Requirement, 71 each Production articles, applicable to multiple aircraft. Destin: Tinker AFB. The approximate issue/response date will be 13 January 2005. Written procedures will be used for this solicitation. 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement, MIL-PRF-32144. No telephone request. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor are acceptable for solicitation # FA8103-05-R-0066. The items and quantities are as follows: CLIN 0001: FIRST ARTICLE ITEMS: 3 EACH, NSN: 6645-01-520-3119RK, P/N: MIL-PRF-32144, Electronic Aircraft Clock (In addition to production Quantity). CLIN 0002: PRODUCTION ITEMS: 71 EACH, NSN: 6645-01-520-3119RK, P/N: MIL-PRF-32144, Electronic Aircraft Clock. CLIN 0003: TEST PLAN: 1 EACH, Delivery 30 calendar days from date of contract, with 45 days for government approval/disapproval after receipt of contractor?s report. CLIN 0004: TEST REPORT: 1 EACH, Delivery 270 calendar days from date of contract, with 45 days for government approval/disapproval after receipt of contractor?s report. All responsible Small Business sources solicited and/or interested may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered in accordance with the evaluation criteria of the solicitation. In accordance with FAR 9.106 the Government reserves the right to require a Pre-award Survey, to make a determination regarding responsibility. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
