Description

Tobyhanna Army Depot intends to negotiate a five year (base year and four option years) requirements type agreement for the refurbishment (repair/overhaul) of the AN/TPS-75 Microwave Assembly, Part Number 612J056G01, on a sole source basis with Conti nental Microwave and Tool, Inc. 11 Continental Drive, Exeter, NH 03833. Estimated amount over the life of the contract is thirty (30) each. Item to be worked in accordance with Continental Microwave and Tool, Inc. proprietary Procedure and Acceptance Stan dards. Delivery of the refurbished units shall be FOB Destination, Tobyhanna Army Depot. The North American Industry Classification Code is 811219, criteria is $6 Million. Any information regarding a company's ability to perform this requirement must be re ceived no later than 12 JAN 2005. Use reference number W25G1V-05-T-0119 in any response provided. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This action will be pursued under FAR Parts 12 and 13.5 (section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996). See note 8.
