Description

THIS IS A COMPETITIVE 8(A) SOLICITATION. DESC: This work consists of 75 relief wells, outlet ditch and collector ditches, riprap, culvert installation, establishment of turf, and environmental protection. The estimated cost of the proposed work is be tween $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. There are 17 sheets in the set of drawings. The proposed contract listed will be awarded under the Partnership Agreement between Small Business Administration requirement number for this project is 7700-05-501075. The re is a geographical restriction on this requirement. For this requirement it has been determined that competition will be limited to 8(a) firms located within the geographical area serviced by SBA in IL,KY,MO,TN, MS and AR or have an SBA certified bona fi de place of business within any of the aforementioned states. The firms must have the above assigned NAICS code approved for 8(a) participation. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit offers. The services or supplies to be procured in this solicit ation are classified in Standard Industrial Classifiction (SIC) Code 1629, NAICS Code 237990. To qualify as a small business concern, the concern mut have had average annual receipts for the three preceding years not exceeding $28.5 million.
