Description

The government is seeking businesses having the ability to create a new S1 (estate account) Statement that will be in compliance with the Privacy Act Requirement. This statement will be used on the Office of the Special Trustee for American Indians TFAS system which is currently maintained by SEI Investments. Firms shall provide a written notice containing a description of how they would provide this service. Notices shall contain a point of contact with phone number. This information will be evaluated and used to determine if a competitive opportunity exists. SEI Investment currently has a contract to maintain the TFAS system. The software used for this system is proprietary software owned by SEI. Software source codes are required for this statement to be compatible with the TFAS system, SEI currently owns the rights to the source codes. Therefore, the Government considers this service to be of a proprietary nature. Interested parties must respond by 3:00 pm mountain time 12/29/2004.
