Description: The Contractor shall provide non-emergency (handicapped) transportation service to eligible beneficiaries of the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105 for the period 03/01/2005 through 09/30/2005 with four (4) pre-priced option years. NAICS 485991 Special Needs Transportation applies, size standard $6 million average annual receipts for the preceding 3 years. Projected issue date is January 7, 2005 with a projected response date of February 7, 2005. All requests shall be in writing citing solicitation 506-18-05.
