Description

Project consists of the construction of a public use boat landing. Work includes removal of vegetation, upgrading circulation area with aggregate base and surfacing, concrete curbs and gutter, concrete boat ramp, riprap, and accessible parking signage. The estimated magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is issued unrestricted with regards to business size under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656, and is NOT set-aside exclusively for small business concerns. For information purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, with a size standard of $28.5 million.
