- This is an add-on (15 NSNs) to an existing solicitation SP0760-3-R-3643, which will be reopened for a period of 21 days. This initiative focuses on items for which Hamilton Sundstrand, cage code: 73030, is currently shown as an approved source, regardless of awardee. The additional NSNs are shown below: 0038, 4820013202951; 0039, 4330013193182; 0040, 4730013212758; 0041, 4820015040579; 0042, 4820013202934; 0043, 4310013202948; 0044, 4820013202934; 0045, 4310013202948, 0046, 5905013190241; 0047, 4730013212598; 0048, 4810013202886; 0049, 4730013224221; 0050, 4820012864537; 0051, 4330013213082; 0052, 4420013193195 and 0053,470013202949. Award will be made on an ALL OR NONE BASIS per NSN for the supplies covered. It is currently projected that a mix of stock and direct vendor delivery (DVD) orders will be issued. Type of Contract: The United States Government (USG) will award a firm fixed price contract(s). All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. Copies of the solicitation are available by faxing (614) 693-1558, e-mailing (joseph.locke@dla.mil) or calling (614) 692-2498 the contract specialist responsible for this project: Joseph Locke and will not be made available until 15 days after this notice is published in the CBD. Requests shall include the company name, cage code, address and solicitation number. The Small Business size is 500 employees. SPECIFICATIONS, PLANS OR DRAWINGS FOR ALL OF THE ITEMS CONTAINED ON THIS SOLICITATION ARE NOT AVAILABLE. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the option of the Government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. This is an unrestricted acquisition. THIS ACQUISITION IS FOR SUPPLIES FOR WHICH THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT POSSESS COMPLETE, UNRESTRICTIVE, TECHNICAL DATA, therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C 2304 (c) (1). Current Approved Sources are: Hamilton Sundstrand, Cage Code: 73030. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The additional NSNs are listed above. Other NSNs which show Hamilton Sundstrand as the only current approved source (regardless of awardee) may be added via clause H12- Add Delete at a later date and are subject to synopsis in the CBD.
