Description

NA The Sierra Pacific Network Consolidated Contracting Activity intends to conduct a sole source negotiation with Siemens Medical Systems to lease one Siemens Axiom Artis U portable fluoroscopy unit for the VA Medical Center, 4150 Clement St., San Francisco CA, 94121. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302 - only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. NAICS code is 421450. Unit shall be portable fluoroscopy unit that has heat dissipation available, be FDA-approved, must possess a 33cm image intensifier, and be rated at 80kW at 100 kVacc. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations; No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within (ten) 10 calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis.
