Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This soliciation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This notice is issued unrestricted NAICS 334419. The requirement is FFP for the procurement of Automated 461-E Radiated Immunity System 800MHz - 40 GHz. The radiated immunity automated test sy stem shall house, in two, air-conditioned, EMI shielded equipment racks, components used to generate amplified microwave signals from 800 MHz to 40 GHz in support of Mil-Std-461E test requirements. It shall be controllable via a vendor supplied fiber link . It shall be capable of accepting additional amplifiers covering the 18-40 GHz range at 40 Watts CS nominal output power. It shall include all interconnects, documentation, users manuals, and one day of on-site training System capable of producing a mi nimum of 200 v/m. System to be installed and operated at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Md. Additional specifications are available upon request. Offerors must submit a proposed delivery schedule for the requested requirement. Offerors must include a complet ed copy of the provision at Clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications, Commercial Items. Applicable Clauses to this solicitation are 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions, Commercial Items, Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Condition s Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders, Commercial Items. In accordance with Part 13.106, a description of the relative importance of evaluation factors is not required. The award shall be based on the best value to the Government, all fact ors considered.
