Description

U.S. Customs and Border Protection intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to CMC Electronics, Quebec, Canada for P-3 Flight Management System Database Service. The service period shall be one year beginning in January. For a copy of the Request for Quotation (RFQ) contact Rick Travis at (317) 614-4580 or at e-mail address richard.travis@dhs.gov. Written responses to the RFQ must have sufficient data to determine capability. No award will be based on any offer in response to this notice. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. Offers will be accepted via fax at (317) 298-1344 attention Rick Travis, or e-mail at the above address. Offers must be received not later than 3:00PM local(Indiana) time 14 January 2005 in order to be considered timely. See numbered note 22.
