Part No.: A209AX0080 (Qty 121 Licenses + 10 Media); Item 0004: Liquid Edition Pro Version 6 Pro Video Editing SW ? Part No.: 210100437 (Qty 1 each); Item 0005: AutoCAD LT 2005 1-User - Part No.: 05725-051452-9000 (Qty 1 each): Item 0006: MS Visual Basic .Net Standard 2003 ? Part No.: 046-00856 (Qty 11 each); Item 0007: AutoCAD LT 2005 5-User ? Part No.: 05725-051452-9060 (Qty 2 each); Item 0008: Dreamweaver MX 2004 ? Part No.: DWD070D000 (Qty 1 each); Item 0009: Director MX 2004 ? Part No.: DRD100D000 (Qty 1 each). Shipping must be FOB Destination to Landover, MD 20785. The following provisions are applicable to this commercial item acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial; FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations; (Vendors must furnish Offeror Representations in writing.) FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; and FAR 52.212-5, Contracts Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Status or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, and Justice Acquisition Regulation 2852.211, Brand Name.
