Description

Notice of intent to award sole source procurement under FAR Part 12.203 and Far Part 13.5 to INNOVATION ASSOCIATES to provide all labor parts, tools, materials and transportation necessary to provide warranty coverage for the PHARMASSIST ENTERPRISE SYSTEM. This system provides extended warranty for Innovation Associates proprietary PHARMASSIST ENTERPRISE SYSTEM which automates outpatient prescription checking and dispensing. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii), the Government will award directly to Ronan Engineering. The determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice is for information only. It is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation for offers. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear and concise evidence that the competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
