Description

The purpose of this amendment is to clarify questions posed by potential offerors. The work location for the occupants: Plant City: 4004 Airport Rd, Plant City, FL 33563. Quincy: 2049 Pat Thomas Pkwy (Lake Talquin Hwy), Quincy, FL 32351. Middlebu rg: Camp Blanding Joint Training Center, Starke, FL (The prefered area is Middleburg. The occupants currently stay in Orange Park). There is no specific required radius for commuting. Obviously the closer the better, but a trade-off can be made for a bet ter proposal at a further distance. You have great latitude as an offeror to break down your offer to allow the government to pick and choose options. For instance, the two-bedroom apartments could potentially have one or two bathrooms. It is up to you to propose one or the other, or both. It is up to you to propose offers for furnishings and services packages (i.e. washer/dryer, cable tv, high-speed internet). Maid service could be weekly, bi-weekly, monthly. It is up to you to propose the frequency and a description of services provide d. You do not need to submit a police report for the properties you propose. You have been informed that the government is concerned about the safety of the occupants and will gather information about properties in order to deem them safe. You should do some sort of background check.
