Description

This project consists of all plant, material, labor, supervision, permits, and permit procurement for Replace Site Utilities. Work will include, but is not limited to: replacement of existing sanitary and storm sewers and water supply piping to exis ting buildings (including laterals). It is estimated that there is approximately 3200 lineal feet of storm sewer, approximately 5300 lineal feet of water main and laterals, approximately 5800 lineal feet of sanitary sewer, and 1750 lineal feet of sanitary force main and 2 lift stations. Magnitude of the project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Bid opening date will be on or about 16 February 2005. Construction time will be one hundred eighty (180) calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). The so licitation will be available fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this announcement from the Nationwide NG Posting for Electronic Business Solicitations (EBS) on-line at http://www.nationalguardcontracting.org/Ebs/AdvertisedSolicitations.asp. All r equests for solicitations shall go through the EBS website. Interested bidders are required to register on the EBS website to access/download the solicitation. Clicking on the solicitation number link will start the registration process. Interested bidd ers must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR). CCR registration information can be accessed on-line at http://www.ccr.gov/. Interested bidders are required to submit their representations and certifications on-line at http://orca.bpn. gov.
