Description

Provide all labor, material, equipment, supervision and transportation necessary to perform preventive maintenance and repair services for the mechanical equipment located throughout the Pentagon Building, Arlington, Virginia. The Government contemplates award of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract for a base period with 4 consecutive 12-month government unilateral options to renew. This procurement is restricted to 8(a) small business concerns only. The Naics code is 561790. All vendors must provide proof of their 8(a) status at time of closing. No offers received from other than 8(a) firms will be evaluated. The request for proposals (RFP) is scheduled for release on or no later than 09/14/2004 and will be uploaded to the Federal Business Opportunities website. Interested parties may download a copy of the RFP directly from the website. MODIFICATION: The RFP release date is changed from: 9/14/2004 to on or no later than 1/28/2004. The date for receipt of proposal will be specified in block 8 of the SF1449.
