- Description
- The Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forest has a requirement for rental of various types of equipment including operator and laborer. The equipment will be used to remove and /or install culverts, place fill material, remove slide debris, blade gravel, and similar work. This includes furnishing labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals. Multiple awards are expected to result from this solicitation. LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION The equipment with operator and laborer is to be furnished to various locations within the boundaries of Chattahoochee National Forest. For ease of cost estimating the Forest is divided into 3 zones: Zone one covers the Armuchee-Cohutta Ranger District comprising Chattooga, Floyd, Walker, Whitfield, Gordon, Murray, Fannin, Gilmer Counties Georgia. Zone two covers the Brasstown-Toccoa Ranger Districts comprising, Fannin, Gilmer, Lumpkin, Towns, and Union Counties Georgia. Zone three covers the Chattooga ? Tallulah Ranger Districts comprising, Lumpkin, White, Towns, Habersham, Rabun, and Stephens Counties Georgia.
