Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Requirement is for a quantity of four (4) each Freezing Point Analyzers, mfg: Phase Technology Part Number FPA-70XD. This is considered a brand name only acquisition, and only products s pecified will be evaluated. The freeze point will be measured according to ASTM D-5972 and IP-435 methods. These methods are listed in all applicable ASTM, military and international specifications. This analyzer should also be provided with LIMS interf ace software and one spare pack of desiccant. Delivery capabilities should be addressed with your quotation. All offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov in order to be considered for award. Standard comme rcial terms and conditions will be incorporated into any resulting purchase order.
