Description

"The solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov website on 1/5/05 or 1/6/05. TELEPHONE REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED". The contractor shall furnish all equipment and sufficient personnel for selected tree removal, related maintenance items (ie: limb lopping, chipping, removal, and stump grinding) and all related incidental work as in accordance with the bid schedule and specifications stated herein. This original contract is for the removal of approximately 19.75 acres. Award will be based on your per acre quote. The National Park Service is then awarding an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the continued removal and maintenance of trees over the next 3 years beginning February 1, 2005 through February 29, 2008. Wage determination No: 94-2455 of the Service Contract Act will apply. There will be a site visit on 1/24/05 at 9:30 AM.
