Description: The last paragraph in RFP Section L.8 is here by modified to read as follows: Proposals are due on January 21, 2005 by 2:00 p.m. local time. Proposals issued before this date do not need to be resubmitted; however, Offerors may change or modify previously submitted proposals until the new proposal due date. Proposals will not be accepted by any other means such as facsimile or e-mail. The following is the only question received from prospective Offerors and its answer: Question #1: The front page of your solicitation, block #9 is missing the opening date and time for receipt of proposals. What should be in this block? Answer #1: Block #9 states that Offers should see RFP Section L.8. Please read Section L.8 for the opening date and time for receipt of proposals.
