- DESCRIPTION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this announcement. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTATIONS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Synopsis/Solicitation FA8751-05-Q0148 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), for a firm fixed-priced order incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-25 and DFARS Change Notice DCN 2004-1215. The NAICS code is 334111 for this acquisition with a small business size standard of 1000 employees.
