Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for 1) 3ea Allegro PCB Design CIS-220 (MFR: EMA Design Automation; P/N: PS3010); 2) 3ea Maintenance for Allegro PCB Design CIS-220 (P/N: PS3010M). This is a Brand Name Only request to match existing software. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a writen solicitation will not be issued. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors), 52.212-2 (Evaluation-Commercial Items), 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial items), 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items), and 52.212-5 (Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Stautes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items). In accordance with clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be: price and price related factors. FOB: Destination for delivery to 78 CS/SCBN, Attn: Kimberly Faulkner, Bldg 364, West Side, Peacekeeper Way, Robins AFB, GA 31098-1808. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov/ to be considered for award.
