- The United States Army Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM) intends to procure eight (8) 30 KW Alternators in accordance with NSN 6115-00-368-8200. Either new or remanufactured items are acceptable to the Government. The required drawings are available upon request. Please contact Julina Lee via email at Julina.Lee@mail1.monmouth.army.mil to request drawings. The drawings contain performance and interface requirements, but do not contain design details that would be required to manufactu re an exact replica of the alternator. This procurement is a 100% S mall Business Set-Aside. It is intended for this acquisition to be a limited competition between Bogue Electric Manufacturing Co (formerly B F Systems) and Tech Supply and Services. However, all quotes received will be evaluated by the Government. The s mall size standard is 750 employees for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 336322. The Solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Solicitation Number is W15P7T-05-Q-F402. The Solicitation for this buy will be posted on th e Interactive Opportunities Web Page (IBOP) on/about January 20, 2005. The proposed acquisition is to be a Firm Fixed Price contract with one (1) option of up to 100%. The required delivery is 120 days after contract award. The items will be shipped to the Red River Munitions Center; Highway 82 West; Gate 44 Bldg 184; Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. The shipments are to be FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. Packaging shall be in accordance with SPI AG00000573. The U.S. Army CECOM has esta blished the IBOP website as part of the Army Single Face to Industry, to allow electronic posting of Solicitations for Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Invitations for Bids (IFBs) from CECOM to Industry.
