Description: The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-04-G-0007 with the Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office of Patuxent River, MD to perform an engineering trade study on the V-22 Green Run Test Stand to analyze the optimal design for future upgrades to V-22 production gearbox test stands. The anticipated date for issuance of the order is no later than 15 February 2005. The performance period shall begin at the date of order and shall be completed no later than 30 September 2005. Bell-Boeing is the only known source with the required technical expertise and data to meet the Government's needs. See Note 22.
