Description

SPAWARSYSCEN San Diego intends to issue a modification to an existing contract N66001-04-D-5019 previously awarded on a sole source basis to Telcom Network Team, a small San Diego, CA business. The contract covers JTF WARNET, IBGWN, NGN, WNW, VRC-99 radio and other systems engineering support services, development and integration into the Navy's IT-21 Communication Architecture. The Government intends to extend the Period of Performance with TNT through 09 February 2006. The current period of performance expires 09 February 2005. The ceiling price of the contract remains unchanged. This modification is necessary due to anticipated funding not being provided as originally anticipated at the time of award. This extension will allow the Government to successfully complete the existing effort as originally anticipated. Note 22 applies.
