- Description
- AMENDMENT 3 TO SOLICITATION 223-05-3000 (FOR ORIGINAL SOLICITATION, PLEASE SEARCH UNDER BOTH ACTIVE AND ARCHIVED DOCUMENTS.) Solicitation 223-05-3000 is amended as follows: 1. The following additional information is provided: Question 1: In paragraph II.6, the RFP specifies ?Internet or network-based access.? If the offeror proposes a server-based implementation, in which both the data and server are provided by the offeror, is this acceptable to the FDA Response: The preferred access method would be web-based, but the application could be installed on an existing platform such as Windows or Unix. Question 2: Regarding Question 6 in Amendment 2, is it acceptable to hold off sending the data dictionary until the FDA has signed a non-disclosure agreement? Response: FDA does not require a data dictionary as part of the minimum mandatory requirements. However, offerors should recognize that if a data dictionary is not submitted as part of the proposal, FDA?s ability to properly evaluate the data resource may be compromised. The due date and time for receipt of proposals (January 14, 2005 at 4:00 PM) is NOT extended.
