Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, transportation and equipment and perform all operations in connection with Massage Therapy at the Fitness Center, Travis AFB, CA in accordance with the Statement of Work, dated December 2004. Request for Proposal Number FA4427-05-T-0001 will be electronically available via the Electronic Procurement System (www.eps.gov) only, on or about 6 Jan 05 with a closing date of 20 Jan 05. The contract shall encompass one (1) basic year period with four (4) one (1) year option periods. The applicable North American Industry Classification Code for this solicitation is 621399, Size standard is 6 million. THIS SOLICITATION IS SET-ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESS.
