Description: All work necessary to repair HVAC System in the Test, Measurment, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) Facility, Bldg 733. Civil work includes: Construct new concrete block wall with blind panel gate, construct concrete pavement and provide gravel, relocate existing tree. Mechanical work includes: Replace water chiller and air handling system, install desiccant dehumidifier unit. Electrical work includes: Install power distribution panelboards, provide power and control wiring. Site visit is scheduled on 21 Jan 05, 1000 hours at Bldg 620. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
