Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W9124D-05-TLDEC is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-25. This is an unrestricted solicitation. Contractors m ust be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award. Register at www.ccr.gov. Applicable NAICS code is 333999. See below for description of item requested. Delivery within 90 days after receipt of order. Pr ice must include freight to Fort Knox, KY (i.e. FOB Destination). Award will be made to the lowest offeror whose product meets the Governments minimum needs. Provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. NOTE: SYSTEM MUST BE INTER-COMPATIBLE WITH THE EXISTING COMMAND AND CONTROL SYSTEM WHICH IS BASED ON WONDERWARE DRIVERS AND SOFTWARE.
