Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Offers are being requested and a full copy of the Bid Price Sch edule, Performance Work Statement/Specifications and Wage Determination are attached. The NAICS code is 484210 and the small business standard is $21.5 Mil. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The Army requires a service contract for Packing, Containerization, Local Drayage and Storage of Government Property. Work shall include a premove survey, disassembly as required of office furniture and miscellaneous equipment at the current building location to protect the items properly during transit, tagging of item, inventorying, loading, weighing, drayage, unloading, unpacking, storage, reassembling, and placing of each item in the destination building as directed by the Governments on site representative, and removal of all empty containe rs and packing materials from the buildings located at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services and materials for the preparation of government property for movem ent or drayage and related services.
