Description: DESC: This pre-solicitation notice is for a sole source procurement to General Dynamics Decision Systems (GDDS), Scottsdale, AZ for approximately 112 various spare parts/ electronic components, Depot level maintenance and repair, and Field Support Se rvices for the Common Ground Station (CGS) and Joint Services Work Station (JSWS), part of Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar Systems (Joint STARS). GDDS is the configuration manager for the CGS and controls the design below the performance specificati on. GDDS proprietary data includes drawings, software, source codes and test and calibration procedures. The intended resulting contract will be a 3 year Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract with Time and Materials line items. The solicitation document will be posted on or about January 21, 2005.
