This is the second amendment to the initial notice for the above referenced projects. This market survey is being conducted to include responses from Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses as well at certified 8(a) and HUBZone contractors. If you qualify for any of these three types of contractors please respond to this notice by the 14 January 2005 at 4:30 PM. Responses need to include identification of your company status, past experience, capability to obtain performance and payment bonds and a statement verifying you will self-perform 20% of the work and how it will be accompl ished.
