Description

The work consists of channel excavation, backfill, storm drains, articulated concrete blocks, metal and PVC sheet piling, relief wells, piezometers, sub-drainage system, storm drains, roads, fencing, painting, and turfing. The estimated cost range f or this project is between $25 million and $100 million. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this project is 237990. The Small Business Size Standard is $28.5 million. The Galveston District's Subcontracting goal s are: Small Business - 50.9%; Small Disadvantaged Business - 8.8%; Woman-Owned Small Business - 7.2%; Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business - 0.5%; Hubzone Small Business - 2.9%. Bid Opening will be held in Room 175. The plans and specifications w ill only be available via our website, on the issue date.
