Description

Work consists of providing all items, articles, materials, operations, or methods listed, mentioned or scheduled on the drawings and specifications, including all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary and required to replace the roof on the Education Center, Bldg 1240 at Malmstrom AFB, MT. Request For Proposal will be issued on or about 19 January 2005. Request For Proposal will close on or about 18 February 2005. This is a firm fixed priced contract. Performance period is 120 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. Winter exclusion is not required for work on this project. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Governments obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the proposal closing date. The anticipated contract will be awarded on a Price Performance Trade-Off basis. The acquisition is open competition for large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The Request For Proposal is available only on the Internet at http://www2.eps.gov. Potential Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award.
