Description: The existing contract for janitorial services for the U.S. Geological Survey complex located in Reston, VA expires January 31, 2005. Currently, the USGS is conducting negotiations with a mandatory source under the Javits-Wagner-O'Day Program. Proposal was received November 19, 2004. In the event that an award is not made by the expiration date, it will be necessary to extend this existing contract for a period of up to six (6) months on a monthly basis. This notice is for informational purposes only. Request for Proposal (RFP) is not available. This notice may represent the Government's only official notice of this action.
